1:1 Personal Training

All 1:1 Personal Training sessions are 1 hour in length and are delivered at the brand new Crewe Lifestyle Centre which opened in April 2016.
All payments for 1:1 Personal Training Sessions are to be made at Crewe Lifestyle Centre reception either by Cash or Debit/Credit Card.

Pay As You Go

Everybody Members – £25 per session
Non Members – £30 per session

Block Booking – 5 sessions

Everybody Members – £100*   (£20 per session)
Non Members – £120*   (£25 per session)
* All Block Bookings include a Tailored Nutrition Plan & Training Programme worth £40

Tailored Nutrition Plan – £25

All Tailored Nutrition Plans are tailored to the individual client based around their training goal, lifestyle and current body weight. All food is adjusted to the macro requirements of the individual. In order for me to gather the information needed to design the plan a short questionnaire must be completed upon purchase.

All plans include a full macro nutrient breakdown of each food source, each meal and daily totals along with supplementation advice.

 

Tailored Training Programme – £25

All Tailored Training Programmes are tailored to the individual client based around their training goal, lifestyle goal and current body composition. All exercises are adapted to suit the individual needs of the client taking into account any past or present injuries along with weak areas. In order for me to gather the information needed to design the plan a short questionnaire must be completed upon purchase.

 

Tailored Nutrition Plan & Training Programme – £40 (save £10)

 

Tailored 12 Week Transformation Plan – £120

The Tailored 12 Week Transformation Plan gives you everything you need to be able to transform your body over a 12 week period. The plan is split into 3 4 week phases compromising a new Nutrition Plan & Training Programme for each phase designed around your lifestyle training goal. The plan includes weekly check ins to ensure that you are on the right track to achieving your training goal along with any amendments which may need to be implemented to keep you progressing the way you should. In order for me to gather the information needed to design the 12 Week Transformation Plan a short questionnaire must be completed upon purchase.
