As a child I led a very active lifestyle participating in a variety of sports including football, cricket and rugby. The passion for these sports drove me to where I am today.
At the age of 16 I joined my first gym weighing only 64kg. My main goal was to add some quality muscle mass and strength. Soon I realised I wanted to take my passion for sport and exercise and make it a career. I studied a BTEC National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science at College. Then I went on to further my knowledge at Manchester Metropolitan University. I studied Sport Coaching & Development whilst working part-time at my local leisure centre. Here, I gained my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
In 2012 I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to lifeguard the Olympic & Paralympic Games in London. This gave me inspiration to work with competitive athletes. Since then I have assisted a number of professional sportsman with strength and conditioning including Team GB Basketball players, Professional Boxers and a Team GB Paralympian.
I currently run a successful online business as a Personal Trainer. I offer Tailored Nutrition Plans, Training Programs and deliver 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions in my local Gym. My demand for Tailored Nutrition Plans has led me to work alongside Team GB Track Athletes and Premiership Rugby players.
My current personal goals are to add quality muscle mass. I intend to remain lean and photoshoot ready for any fitness or fashion shoots that may arise.
